CRM & Marketing Automations Specialist

1 open position

Job description

Location: Remote / Portugal / Spain / Europe / Australia (or specify your preference)

Company: Movingto

About Movingto

Movingto is a fast-growing global immigration and tax consultancy. We use Odoo as our CRM and are looking for someone technical to take ownership of our CRM, automations, and marketing integrations. If you get a kick out of making systems talk to each other and automating away repetitive work, this is for you.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on technical specialist to own, improve, and automate our Odoo CRM and marketing systems. You’ll manage integrations across Odoo, Google Workspace, Zapier, n8n, Make.com, and AI tools like ChatGPT—building workflows, fixing broken automations, and scaling up what works.

Responsibilities
  • Own Odoo CRM: Maintain, optimize, and improve our Odoo setup. Customise modules, fields, and workflows as needed.
  • Automate Everything: Design and implement automations across Zapier, n8n, Make.com, and Odoo. If it can be automated, you’ll make it happen.
  • Integrations: Connect Odoo to Google Workspace, email platforms, calendars, web forms, and other third-party tools.
  • AI Automation: Implement and manage automations that leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT, OpenAI, etc.) for marketing and operations.
  • Data Hygiene: Ensure CRM data is clean, organized, and actionable. Set up deduplication, validation, and regular audits.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix technical issues fast. Proactively monitor workflows and keep everything running smoothly.
  • Process Improvement: Spot manual processes and replace them with scalable automations.
  • Documentation: Document workflows, integrations, and automations clearly for the team.
Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years hands-on experience with Odoo (CRM module a must; other modules a bonus)
  • Proven track record building automations with Zapier, n8n, Make.com, or similar
  • Confident working with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, etc.)
  • Able to set up and maintain API integrations
  • Experience with AI tools (OpenAI, ChatGPT, etc.) in a business or workflow context
  • Can troubleshoot, debug, and problem-solve independently
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Proactive mindset: you see manual processes and want to automate them

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Python or JavaScript scripting experience (for more advanced automations)
  • Experience with marketing automation (emails, drip campaigns, lead scoring)
  • Familiarity with data privacy/GDPR
What You’ll Get
  • Full ownership of our automation stack
  • Direct impact on the company’s efficiency and growth
  • Flexible working hours, fully remote
  • Competitive salary, depending on experience
